This is part 2 of my interview with wreck diver John Chatterton. Part 1 is here. He’s the subject of the books “Pirate Hunters” and “Shadow Hunters” by Robert Kurson. In this part of the interview we get into Titanic (literally and figuratively) and he drops some really amazing facts about the wreck we all think we know so well.

Plus comedy from Irene Tu about working in a book store in 2016. It ties in nicely with today’s interview. And a song called “The Epic” by Monkey. Monkey are themselves quite epic. If you’re not familiar with them, don’t miss out. Heck of a live show. Check out a little piece of it below.

I could NOT wipe the smile from my face during this interview! John Chatterton is a wreck diver and treasure hunter. He’s been to Titanic, the Andrea Doria, and discovered a German U-Boat wreck. But most importantly for this show, he was on the team that found the Golden Fleece, a pirate ship helmed by captain Joseph Bannister.
Naufragant is a pirate metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina. And this is a fun interview with the band’s singer, Franco Tempesta. We get into the trials they’ve had in naming the band (formerly Skull and Crossbones), why the decided to do a concept album based on Treasure Island, the filming for the video of “The Chest of Billy Bones” (which you can see below), and what it’s like to be “different” in the music business.
