On this episode we sit down with all the members of Brigada Pirata – Turin, Italy’s best (and probably only) pirate band.

These dudes are tons of fun and super high energy. In between telling us about their extremely varied musical backgrounds, they’ll break out in spontaneous song. My cheeks hurt by the end of this interview just from smiling so much.

The accents run thick and deep and this is a really fun talk that you might have to listen to a couple times to catch all the gems. Totally worth it.

Mike, Ashley, and Veta of Salty Sam's Pirate Cruise

Coming to you from Chicago this week with an interview I recorded a couple weeks ago in Florida with Veta, Ashley, and Mike of Salty Sam’s Pirate Cruise in Fort Myers. We got to do this one in person which is always more fun. 🙂

The task of putting on a show for all age groups in the confines of a ship is an interesting one. And we’ll dig into what goes into their show, how they run it, and where their characters come from.
