Mike Kelly is the head distiller at Old New Orleans Rum, America’s longest running rum company since 1995. That doesn’t seem like a very long time and Mike will tell us why that is.
We’ll get into the process of making rum including how they make their own aging barrels.  Mike will also tell us about his rum adventures as a six year old.  He took a circuitous route to his current gig at Old New Orleans Rum, but all of his previous skills are used here.
And I’ll tell you about the strangest compliment I received after a show on my recent Midwest tour.
